Unity in the Community 215 visits My Logan Story

On Thursday, March 6, 2014, My Logan story received a visit from the Unity in the Community 215 Founder/President, Anton Moore. He surprised each of the members with tickets to the Sixers game. Mr. Moore stated that he was proud of the work performance of the group and wanted to assure that they were rewarded.

Launched in 2009, Unity in the Community is a non-profit organization dedicated to changing the lives of others in the South Philadelphia area. For the past 4 years, we’ve planned and organized numerous philanthropic initiatives including the following: Ultimate Prom Experience, Thanksgiving Community Feast, Operation Holiday Help and a celebrity-packed summer concert and block party. In 2012, Unity in the Community kicked off its first-ever Peace Week; a weeks long of events to promote peace within the community.
